making those tubes that make up the internets work for you

Postrad has been given new purpose. No longer just a blog reserved exclusively for idle chatter and cheap, embedded Youtube-video postings, it is now a place of commerce (albeit one padded with idle chatter and cheap, embedded Youtube-video postings). You might be visiting because of an ad I posted. Maybe you are in a band who wants more help developing a presence on the internet outside of MySpace. Maybe you are building a web-site of your own and you are struggling with a CSS conundrum. Maybe you actually read this blog before and were wondering what the hell happened to me. Whatever your reasons, welcome and I hope y'all come back now.

If you are here regarding my status as a bona-fide freelance web developer, let me give a little background about myself. I've been working almost exclusively through my friend's Bontie and Trevor's new media studio, Space2burn for roughly a year and a half. I provide XHTML and CSS support, as well as some digital photo editing and Flash work. In that time I've worked on numerous web-sites, both big and small. Check out their portfolio to see some of the sites I've worked on. I've also served as a MySpace consultant (yup, people have paid me to help customize and maintain their MySpace pages) and have built a couple of web-sites on my own on the side (sirensoftitan.net and youthguitarservices.com).

What I offer to up and coming bands is a chance to have a solid web-site at an affordable price. I've seen my fair share of mediocre band web-sites, and I know that not only can I offer a site that'll look great, but will keep up with the ever-changing demands of the internet. For as low as $100, you too can have a web-site that will receive visitors beyond your immediate family (hi Mom!). Email me and we can hash out the dirty details.

I also offer CSS solutions to other web-developers who may still be new to the world of cascading style sheets. Or to folks who had a web-site built for them years ago and want to bring it up to current standards. That's what I'm here for.

If you have any questions, please let me know. More postings are on their way after my long blog hiatus. Now go off and ride a bike or something.
